1. Payment Methods

Full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. Payment will appear as BookMyTripOnline on your credit card statement.
2. Non-Refundable Services

Event, Attraction, or Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tours or Packages During Special Event Periods: Bookings during Trade Fairs, Public/National Holidays, School Holidays, New Year’s, Christmas, Easter, Ramadan, or other special event periods are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy for Other Tours & Services

7 or more days before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

Within 24 hours of departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us via email at booking@bookmytriponline.com. Cancellation fees may also be applied by individual service providers/operators, as outlined in your BookMyTripOnline Voucher. You will be notified via email, phone, or whatsapp of any applicable fees.
